Transportation
From Quepos, you can easily reach Espadilla Beach by bus. Take the 'Manuel Antonio' bus from the Quepos bus terminal. The bus runs frequently throughout the day and drops you off right at the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, a short walk from the beach. Taxis are also readily available in Quepos, but they are a more expensive option. Walking from Quepos is possible, but it's a long walk, especially in the heat.
